• Ownership of Website and Services:

  All website content, designs, graphics, and programming code created by IMIT Park Ltd remain the property of IMIT Park Ltd until full payment is received, or unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

• Copyright Infringements:

  IMIT Park Ltd is not responsible for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. IMIT Park Ltd reserves the right to refuse any copyrighted material unless adequate proof of permission to use such material is provided. In case of disputes, IMIT Park Ltd shall not be accountable for such issues.

• Additions to the Project:

  Any additions to the project beyond the initial scope will be carried out at the discretion of IMIT Park Ltd. Where no charge is made for such additions, IMIT Park Ltd accepts no responsibility to ensure they are error-free and reserves the right to charge for corrections or further additions.

• Design Revisions:

  IMIT Park Ltd aims to meet client expectations with the initial design submission. However, if the client is not satisfied, IMIT Park Ltd offers two additional attempts to meet expectations. If no mutual consent is achieved for three designs in total, and the client requests another round of redesigning, IMIT Park Ltd is entitled to terminate the project by either refunding the amount or reserving it as credit for future services.

• Timely Material Submission:

  The client agrees to provide all necessary materials required for the project promptly to meet the agreed deadline. IMIT Park Ltd will not be liable for costs, compensation, or loss of earnings due to missed deadlines.

• Dispute Resolution:

  IMIT Park Ltd will not be liable for disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.

• Costs and Liability:

  IMIT Park Ltd will not be liable for any costs, compensation, or loss of earnings due to work carried out on behalf of the client or the client’s appointed agents.

• Payment Terms:

  A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required before any project work begins. The final balance of payment is due upon project completion according to IMIT Park Ltd's payment terms. Non-payment may result in legal action.

• Payment Refunds:

  Payments once remitted will not be returned unless mutually agreed upon by IMIT Park Ltd..

• Quote Validity:

  The proposed quote has a validity of 60 days from the date of its preparation.

• Project Withdrawal:

  If the client wishes to withdraw from a project after it has been accepted and IMIT Park Ltd has begun work, the full quoted amount must be paid to IMIT Park Ltd.

• Currency:

  All fees and charges are in Indian Rupees (INR). If a different currency is used for payment, it will be converted to INR for calculation and record-keeping purposes.
