Payments made for successfully delivered services/products or in adherence to agreed-upon terms are non-refundable.

-To initiate a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
-Provide the transaction details, including the order ID, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
-If refund is approved by IMIT Park Ltd, amount will be credited to customer's account in 5-7 working days.
